A Dream Retreat in Portugal

Buying a property in another country can be an exciting dream,
but sometimes the journey takes an unexpected turn.

For Carole, what should have been the beginning of a new chapter in Portugal became a challenging experience after she was scammed by the sellers of the property she purchased. What followed were four difficult years, filled with obstacles and uncertainty.

But Carole’s story is about much more than what went wrong. Despite everything she has faced, she has continued to follow her vision and create something beautiful:
Vale D’Agua Viva, her own little paradise in the Portuguese countryside.

Today, this special place is becoming a peaceful retreat and sanctuary, welcoming people from April through October. Carole is looking forward to sharing the space she has lovingly created with others.
